BRENA RACING DSM TRANSFER CASE 300M UPGRADE

Twisting or breaking splines to the output shaft is a thing of the past with this upgraded bevel gear set to suit the Mitsubishi transfer case that matches up with the W5M33 transmission.

This bevel gear set is made in the 22/24 tooth count that matches DSM manual transfer boxes, and also Mitsubishi Galant VR4, Lancer GSR, Evo 1 and some other models. The gears are made from 16ncd12 material and are profile ground in Klingelnberg profile. The shaft with upgraded splines is made from 300M material and is damn near unbreakable, being significantly larger in diameter, and made of a far superior material that is specifically chosen for its phenomenal capabilities to twist and absorb shock without breaking.

The spline suits the Ford 25 spline 1.100″ slip yoke – part# 2-3-8431X. Billet aftermarket slip yokes are available on order from other sellers – the slip yoke and associated U-joint and bush etc is not supplied with the kit, as often customers opt for uprated tail shafts at the same time.

The kit from us includes pinion, gear, output shaft, special retainer washer and bolt.

NOTE: BOLT MUST BE INSTALLED WITH LOCTITE (263, 272 OR EQUIVALENT) AND TORQUED TO 140NM
