The perfect set for evo 4-6 making high torque and power levels, and getting used in motorsport applications.

Made to hold extra power and torque, these crown wheel and pinions are made from extremely tough 16NCD12 car hardened steel, and then profile ground after heat treatment, to conform to exceeding quality standards. This is the set you need if you’re breaking the fragile OEM crown wheel and pinions found in the Evo 4-6 transfer case. The larger output splines, which are the same diameter and count as the later Evo 7-X, mean that you can put even more power through this set. They require a special extension housing to fit which we also have available, but otherwise are bolt in with some tail shaft work.

You can also fit these into the TME 6.5 if the crown wheel bore is machined to 117mm or if a 115mm carrier is installed.

The set also comes with a billet conversion extension housing that enables the use of a larger slip yoke.

The included billet slip yoke can be easily adapted to the OEM tailshaft.
