Stronger 5th gear with full internal spline. The OEM gear uses a 3-on, 3-off spline pattern that only provides 50% spline contact on the main shaft. This can lead to gear chatter in cars that spend a lot of time cruising in 5th.

Our gear is shot peened and ISF micropolished for additional reliability.

This is a 26 tooth gear and is compatible with all Hilux and LandCruiser gearboxes that use the R150 and R151 transmission. Does not suit R154 transmissions.
